Cancellation Policy
I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation OR rescheduling for your appointment. Even in the event of rescheduling, your deposit is non refundable! Failure to follow through with this, your card on file will be charged 75% of the previously booked services. I understand emergency’s happen, communicate those with me to avoid card charges. Your time is valuable to me also, so I book enough time for each service accordingly.
